Tadpoles.
An afternoon spent in Kanyl's garden, much good work completed. Two more raised beds constructed and both lawns mown. While wandering round looking for blips I noticed the Tadpoles round the ponds edge. I thought I doubt I can get a clear shot of those, but gave it a go anyway.
The last time I bothered to look in his pond the tadpoles were just hatching from the spawn. They are frogs rather than the toads which he would prefer. For any non British who might read this UK frogs are Rana temporaria. I expect later in the year the garden will as usual be alive with masses of froglets.
