egyptian gosling

woke up early, had breakfast and trundled off to Bushy park for  a couple of hours. The light was fantastic. It was misty and cold but the sun was shining.
We were able to get fairly close to the babies and the parents didn't see us as a threat but there was a bit of hissing at a coot that got too close.
The green thing, as i call them , Ring necked parakeet, is in the extra. First time I have been able to photograph one. They are so destructive. All round the chestnut tree were new shoots which he had been picking off and throwing to the ground. I assume He had eaten something from them
