beefy’s cider is finally ready...and there’s heaps of it. this is a fraction of it. it was a bit dry as it’s hard to stop the fermentation unless you put it out in the cold but he added a tiny bit of apple juice to sweeten it up. it’s nice. we got some plans together for our workshop and garden this afternoon which are quite exciting and then popped up to elgin to collect the red landy before going to g&j’s for tea. we watched ‘get out’ which was creepy.
