Re-energising

Nursing aching bones after yesterday's mammoth tourist trip to London - dunno how smithski does all his culturifying. Also everything costs a fortune to look at there, so I was walking for miles looking at what I could see for free, being a Yorkshire lass by birth (tightwad, my kids say). Think I need to go on a fitness drive.
