Bauernhochzeit
Visitors today, so I looked around the house for something to blip before they arrived just before 10 this morning. This plaque was left behind by the previous owners in one of the houses we lived in. I had a few other potential blips but decided to go with this one because it looks like the people are having a good old time, which is exactly what we had today!
We went for lunch at Auntie Pesto's (surprise!), and the food was excellent as usual. We had a walk around the Saturday market in the rain then went for a drive. We knew Bill from uni but I had never met Margaret. G had, but quite a long time ago. Lots of laughs, never a dull moment. A great day despite the weather.
Bauernhochzeit means Country Wedding, according to Google. I took German at uni but remember very little. :-)
