The Do
This little pit privy thing has no natural place on a Christmas tree. I got it from an American friend some years ago and it has followed our Christmas trees since then. The name for it in my language is Do. The word Do does not mean anything else but pit privy, so why Do? Can have been brought back with the Wikings from England - where they had learnt "to Do". Could be? I don`t know.
