Finishing Touches
An absolute gem for the first of the new season of the PP&P at the Traverse - Chic Murray: a Funny Place for a Window. Just terrific - I’d never seen the connection to Arnold Brown quite so clearly. Droll and surreal with a really affecting ending. And Dave Anderson who I hadn’t seen on stage for years playing Chic - they’d both starred in Gregory’s Girl y’know.
A man entered the pet shop and asks, how much are your wasps? We don’t sell wasps, Sir. Well, you’ve one in your window.
That delivery.
Onward to the yard via Baillie Signs to pick up the new improved boat name. One that was the correct size. Indeed, as specified. Memo to self: in future don’t do such works when helpful people are around. It’s stressful enough without the audience.
