Severn Sunrise

Up at stupid o'clock to drive from South Wales to upmarket Clifton, Bristol, to collect Blipper RobBris50 at 5.30am to get the sunrise from Portishead. The car thermometer displayed 2C and it felt like it! The sunrise colours did not dissappoint.

The main blipfoto shows the docking pier at Portishead looking out towards The Severn Bridge on The Bristol Channel.

We then drove half a mile to one of the lighthouses there to continue watching the sunrise (see extra).

I took Rob up on his offer of a loan of his medium format Fuji 645 which he has supplied with a roll of B&W and one colour film. Rob accidentally on purpose forgot his wallet again so I deservedly treated him to coffee and croissant in an expensive Clifton Coffee shop.
