Brill but long day riding round the estate at Belvoir Castle on a 14 mile ride for Macmillan. Buddy was really well behaved and I needn't have worried about him keeping up with Jackson and Graham as he flew round. Absolutely knackered this arvo though as had an early start to get there in time, then had the other boys to sort out when I got back. Tried to watch a film with Eva when I got back (they went biking to hicks Lodge) but went to sleep. Roast beef for dinner nom nom.
