We are still here we met up with a friend who I have not seen since Keith's accident which was nice we had tea and cake

Listening to some of his running mates take a couple are saying we don't want to do a certain race as Keith was doing it and they don't feel like doing it but I know Keith would say don't be silly go and do it

He is still the same no change when I rang this morning still stable
