Solitary

An exercise in abstraction - I rather liked the result which looks almost as though it has been drawn.  Unusually for me, this was achieved by trying to blur detail rather than capture every bit of detail that I could.  The end result is, to me at least, strangely satisfying.

It has been another delightfully restful day spent at home.  I've done some more baking (hot cross buns today), guitar playing and cooking.  Aside from that, not very much has been achieved :-). When I retire I am sure that I will be much keener to get out and about, but after a week at work, it is sometime nice to just curl up at home - particularly when it has been quite cold outside.  What a lazy boring chap I am ;-)
