Over Locks

Tannefors has three locks and the total difference in height is 10.5 m. The locks were opened 1870-ish and are part of Kinda canal.

The canal was used for transportation of wood from the surrounding of Kinda to Linköping harbor. Today it is a nice canal for tourist transportation. The locks are operated manually.
