Mono Monday - Wheel Miss That!

The theme being the commonplace from a different perspective, I can only smile wryly at the number of wheel trims and wing mirrors that currently adorn the lane that runs behind out village. 

While the main road through the village is being resurfaced, the diversion is a not insignificant thirty some miles and the urge to take to the back lane is understandably strong.

Sadly though, it would seem many of the motorists are more used to doing 90mph on the motorway, and unable to comprehend any limitations brought about by two way traffic on a single track lane.

Not to mention pedestrians and horses. The car drivers' perspectives of who owns the road seem somewhat different to mine. And that's pretty commonplace.
