Under pressure

From 3 days on i have problems with high bloodpressure. Went y day eve to the doctor. They assured me that heart is ok but Bloodpressure a bit too high. I might say it worried me a bit. I got some medicine prescribed and next morning everything was fine cincerning bllod pressure. I might give up salt and too much coffee.
