Chicken Biryani

I love Indian food, but I rarely attempt it at home. I recently discovered a great spice store, though, so my kitchen is better equipped for the task. This particular dish pales in comparison to what I can find out, but it was good. The wine, alas, was not a success. It was off-dry (to my surprise), so the spiciness of the food improved it—but only so much.
