As if I needed another one!

My husband had another dental appointment this morning so we were back in Saffron Walden this morning. We had coffee at least twice and also had lunch, roast pork with vegetables and apple sauce.
 
I also went into a bookshop and came out with another cookery book. This one is different, (my excuse) the recipes all use just three ingredients and these are generally the ones already in the larder.

The temperature at noon today was thirteen degrees Celsius, lovely sunshine and not very much wind.
