All set

Another blip that I'm going to have to come back to. This is to quickly record the day.

My youngest sister joins the 50's club today. It's hard to imagine it. The day began with opening presents which she neatly laid out, but she might use that picture for her own blip!

Close friends are coming over tonight for biryani so there was preparation for the flat, as well as dinner required. No problem, there's also five able bodied adults in the house. My youngest nephew Ben is quite amazing in what he can turn his hand to. He cooks, cleans and today, under the supervision of Sandy, he iced the cake!

Eileen and me went down to the Plaza to get some balloons filled with helium for the evening. When we got back, I saw this huge package on the floor. All the clothes from Shenzhen have arrived! A day early which is fantastic. Some time was needed to go through everything. Happily, most of them fit into the extra trolley bag I brought over, so my packing has begun.

We were all ready in time for when the guests started arriving. More presents for Sandy, one of them is a hoover that takes itself around the house! Dinner was great, washed down with Moët, but another evening of feasting taking its toll! I had to stay up to 1:25am to check-in online, but couldn't contemplate blipping!

Now I need to get up and seize the day!
