Christmas cookies

Peppermint cream cookies....
Part of the homemade Christmas gifts Alexander & I have been making for our families.
They seem really difficult to make but are in fact really easy.
Away they will go now into a airtight tin until the weekend.
I hope that, unlike previous years of making these types of gifts, we get to keep done ourselves.
