Long Shadows

A wee, trip out today captured some very long shadows a sign of Autumn and Winter Approaching. Having some issues with my lower back,yesterday the Physio put a couple of needles in and that made a little bit of a difference. Another visit in the morning will hopefully set me up for Easter.
