Baking . . . .

Today I made and baked -

100 assorted sausage rolls
200 mince pies
four extra large quiches
made a batch of brandy truffle mix
iced three more Christmas cakes
cooked a chicken for tomorrow's pies

Just finished packing and labelling the mince pies and sausage rolls and cleaned up the kitchen ready for tomorrow's baking day.
Phew!
