Away in a manger

My Tiddler's first Carol Concert today. She has been poorly since Saturday but couldn't miss Christmas Dinner at school yesterday or the carolling today. But she really wasn't up to it. She and her little reception friends sang Away in a manger, conducted by the 2 12 year old teachers. After their number the other year groups did their bits too, at this point my princess was yawning and could barely keep her eyes open. She was scooped up and cuddled by a TA for the rest of the proceedings. And then we brought her home. I think another day off school will be required tomorrow but I bet she won't stay home Friday - not when there is a gift to give.

Oh and now the lurgy has me too :(
