Remember this

My phone barely registered any steps yesterday so after the morning ritual of looking at all the latest job vacancies, I took myself off to Heaton Park for a couple of hours.  I had a brisk walk and sat in the sun with my latest crochet project.

As I was walking from the car park, a little boy cycled past me shouting at the top of his voice "THIS is the life!".  It was such a heartwarming moment.

You don't have to be a child to put on your helmet and freewheel down that hill on your metaphorical bike shouting at the top of your voice "this is the life"!!
