Failed falafel!

I made falafel mix last night to a recipe that my friend had written for me and rolled the mix into balls and baked them today. I was so disappointed when I tasted them. I had in my wisdom added more gram flour than it said and they were really dry. So disappointing, especially as it took a lot of energy to do it.

For some reason I still put a few in a wrap for lunch thinking some mango ketchup would help. But I just ended up feeling like my mouth had all the moisture sucked out of it - and they didn't taste good! I can see the humour in it now but I was so fed up at the time!
