Vegetarian Jambalaya

Another Slimmer’s World recipe. Was really tasty, if a bit on the feisty side! The Dopski did well to finish her portion, she’s not too keen on spicy food!

Spent the day cleaning out animals, so we all now smell fresh and lovely :)

Then tackled the cupboard under the stairs which is full of cobwebs and not used. After putting up some hooks, buying a big box with a lid for waterproofs etc and moving the shoe rack in, the entrance to our home now looks uncluttered and lovely :)
