A morning experiencing the 48hr post exercise stiffness, but I opted to sew today. I’ve got the binding on the baby quilt and have just got the quilting to finish.

This afternoon we all went to to the playing field. Amber ran round like mad, whilst the girls sauntered round the edge of the field!!
