Old haunts

Early morning dentist appointments in Garstang, where we used to live, then we made the most of the day and had an excellent cycle round the Trough of Bowland, including coffee in Chipping and lunch at the Puddleducks Tearoom in Dunshope Bridge, apparently the very centre of the United Kingdom. Good to see and hear lapwing and curlew on the open moorland.
