Today will be the last working day for about 250 colleagues who have been made redundant at work. Never a nice thing to witness and does leave those who missed the axe feeling a little guilty though of course they shouldn't, it was all out of their control. What I really fail to understand on this occasion is the logic for some of the selections as we have some very good project managers leaving and at the same time the company is advertising for project managers. I understood you made a role redundant not a person; this action would appear to break that principle.
