Creme egg scotch eggs

So proud of how these turned out! A bit of a long process though, baking cakes, cooling cakes, turning to cake crumbs, making into cake pop stuff, rolling round mini creme eggs (oh and getting the foil off the wee creme eggs is trickier than you think isn't it?) making sure they were just sticky enough for the digestive and sprinkle crumb to stick, but not so sticky they didn't roll into egg shapes, and waiting on them to set. All worth it though when they turned out so well and my colleagues seemed to enjoy them. I missed my calling didn't I...
