Maundy Thursday

The magnificent apse in St Salvtor's Chapel.
The mosaic of the Last Supper on the Communion table was designed by Douglas Strachan. Two of the other mosaics also tell part of the Easter Story ....the Crucifixion and the Resurrection.

I confess that this picture wasn't taken today but I took it specially to use today when I was through in St Andrews just over a week ago.

My church is putting on Stainer's Crucifixion tonight. I sang it many years ago and am looking to humming along from the audience.
