I went shopping with C but got tired before she'd finished.

Still having to use my phone as I can't lift my dslr without aggravating my shoulder. It's 5 months since I got it and I'm quite pleased with the results. The cupboard if full of gear I can't use.. Wonder if I ever will.

Shoulder aching today but no serious pain ( touch wood) as yet..
