Ode to be five again, even for a day.

The simple pleasure of falling asleep absolutely anywhere! Life is so simple for these young ones. They are fed, clothed, cuddled, and kept safe and in return you get to gaze on them with love and even a little envy! Wouldn't it be wonderful if for just one day you could be 5 years old again.
Life can be such a trial and I hope that all my children have happy forefilling lives. I guess every parent hopes the same thing. I do hope however that they don't have to struggle like me. I am a tad jaded by this world and often far to cynical. However when I see this wee guy relaxed and safe my soul feels better. Isn't he just a Gem?
