Gromit again

I struggled a bit last night but the inhaler worked eventually, but then I woke up worrying about the system I have to follow post redundancy.

My hip was pretty sore after the physio as well, and is a bit bruised today!  Never again will I say that Sue is lovely!  

Gromit was again in an uncomfortable position this morning.

The asthma nurse phoned early and had followed up from yesterday to get my prescriptions sorted for a nasal spray and additional tablets to take at night.  She also wanted to make sure I was OK, and was going to get me a prescription for some steroids.  She said the duty doctor had said I could come to the emergency clinic which seemed sensible ahead of the Easter weekend.  I was able to see my own GP and she is brilliant and sorting me out a referral to a respiratory specialist.

I was very tired today so the most I have done is make meals, and pop 10 solar lights into the back garden.
