Ashworth Valley

Up early, walked the dog, then went for a run.

Went to Ashowrth Valley to look for bluebells, too early for us up north, but enjoyed the run down through the valley.

Not running, which has been the case of late, is bad for me. No way to dump the business of work and clear the mind.

So Good Friday has started well.
