Seven candles

Following on from the Seven Actions last night, at the end of the evening, we handed out bags of 7 little candles and a little card with a reflection for each candle that followed a pattern similar to the Stations of the Cross.

Miss C and I tried it out, and it made for a quiet moment at the end of a busy day.

We had about 15 extra bags, so we handed them out at the city ecumenical Way of the Cross. People were initially suspicious of what we were handing out. ' how much does it cost?', but were then really chuffed when they understood what we were offering.
It seemed like a better idea them just putting the extras in a cupboard to forget about them.
