"Scoopy Dooby Doo......

.....where are you, we've got some things to do now".....and we're talking in the baking line (cheese and coriander muffins I think, I may even push the boat out and do a cream cheese and chive 'icing'!) 
That's if I get my act together.....and I should point out that it's the only time I actually measure ingredients, I normally just go by eye....or with my gut ;-)

Another lazy day doing only what I want to do.....I could get used to this ;-)
