This is how it is.

I'm still in bed after 8 days. I didn't sleep at all last night so I'm knackered, as in, I can't get out of bed!!! I'm trying to wean off sleeping tablets but its not working. I'm not sure why? I'm bored our if my brain, the endless hours lying doing nothing. Nearly 6 months in fact. I ache badly all over, especially my neck. I've got one more to go and felt the need to record the details - soon this will be just a reflection. My skin is so dry and I look like an alien. So so close to the end but it feels like it's going to go on forever. This heat doesn't help. Poor me, yeah, that's right. This sucks!
