Awaiting Burgers

Our final full day in Bucharest has come around quickly, although at the same time it feels as though we have been here for weeks. Today we met MamiaJenny for a ‘light’ lunch at a cute Italian, then M&V for Ultimate Burgers at a great joint near the hotel.
In between we stopped at a park, took in the taxi protest (and got an Uber instead), and had a relaxing couple of hours at the best leisure swimming complex ever! Look it up- Therme Bucharest. Water slides galore, wave pool, indoor-outdoor-36-degree pool, swim-up-bar-pool, water massage beds, saunas, steam rooms, hundreds of loungers, all in a massive indoor palm filled oasis. And that was just the family section. We’ve been spoilt!
