By the banks of the Allan Water

On the first really warm  day this summer folk flocked to the Allan Water river in Bridge of Allan.
 
Meanwhile we had some excitement up at our health club this morning. We had just finished our aqua aerobics class when the fire alarm went off- and we were all ordered outside in our swimsuits.
After half an hour shivering outside we were allowed back inside. False alarm.
 
 Still it was a reminder of what would you save if you have to rush out of a building in a fire? The answer in our case was – nothing.
