Sous vide prime New York strip steak with veal demi-glace sauce, toasted baguette with Koroneiki olive oil from Santa Ynez, and spinach salad with marinated garlic and olives. Wine: Andrew Murray Mourvèdre Curtis Vineyard 2016.

This was a glorious meal. Every part of it was phenomenal beyond my expectations (except perhaps the wine, which was phenomenal, but my expectations with Andrew Murray are always justly high).
