Whatever next?
(Silly) Gold plated eclairs in South Kensington (a few days ago). Would prefer chocolate coated personally - if vegan.
This morning not feeling good. Paid for private on-line GP as ours now closed ‘till Tuesday (and then anyway probably weeks for appointment). Hung around for 08:50 video appointment, nice chap unable to issue antibiotics. Said need to be checked out properly by a GP.
So went to Walk-In-Centre at 9:30. Appointment (with nurse) at 11:45. Hanging around, as you can’t phone them, drinking tea at Boscanova (actually tried with soya milk, and wouldn’t know it’s not cow’s).
A 3 day dose of a targeted antibiotic usually get rid of this bug for me, others don’t. Nuisance having to haul myself out and wait, and knowing my luck they won’t give them to me. People coughing all around in waiting room. Update: Got my requested antibiotics, it helped I have a slight temperature.
Enjoy your day. Warm and sunny here. Like August.
(Courtesy of Daily Telegraph: “Britain could be set for its hottest ever Easter Sunday as a "Greek plume" caused temperatures to soar at the start of the bank holiday weekend.
Parks and beaches were packed with sunseekers on Good Friday, and could enjoy highs for up to 25C on Saturday and Sunday as an 880-mile gust of hot air blows across the Mediterranean.”)
Thanks for hosting Silly Saturday dear Admirer.
