OH WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY.

Up at 5am and off to the canal at 5.45am, unfortunately there was no sunrise, but on my way back two hours later the sun came out and now it is really hot. Managed to find this little roe buck, and loved the way he was looking at me before he took off. Have spent the rest of the time in the garden, mainly taking some of the plants and mud out of the wildlife pond. There were so many newts which I had to look for and return them to the water. I have posted a quick photo of my garden, which I love, especially on a day like today and before the hedges need cutting.
Posting early as the neighbours are having a barbecue tonight, to which I am invited. Yippee.
