In the middle of the woods

24 degrees and hot, Parkrun PB so pleased even though I have no power in my legs.
This was on a meet up with amazing breast cancer moving forward ladies.. I had to see them all but left promptly to hospital to see our daughter.
This looked a bit like a shanty town in the woods!

Hot and no fans in here!
