A Rainy Day In Salford

Yesterday I had my first attempt at a Stop Motion movie. It was interesting and I learned a lot. There are so many creative ideas out there.

In the evening we headed off to the football. Now I like to get there early. I enjoy the whole build up and watching the teams warm up. However as the weather was pretty awful I relented and timed our departure so that we would arrive just in time. But the journey took a little longer than anticipated. As we walked towards the stadium we were surprised that there were still people hanging around outside and we could also see people in the Director's Lounge. It turned out that the away team's coach had been held up on the motorway and that the start had been delayed.

Conditions were not good and the first half was quite nervy. In the second half we stepped up a gear and ran out comfortable 2-0 winners in the end. We remain at the top of the league.

Set out this morning to do some Christmas shopping and looking forward to this evening when we are going to the panto. Oh yes we are!
