Treetops

This is our local wood, some of which is ancient; we have quite a bit of ancient woodland arounds, so we have to try to preserve it in the face of the relentless drive to build houses wherever and however possible.  The town next to us has just started on another 85 houses, notwithstanding the 300 already built or planned.

Anyway, I was out early this morning (0700) to catch the bluebells in the mist.  The mist didn't play properly in the woods, but the experience was a good one nonetheless.  See the Extras for one of my shots.

And I'm trying a panorama as a blip; I hope that the blue doesn't bother anyone overly.
