Hey guys just wanted to say a big thanks for all your lovely comments on my weight loss, it means so much to me. Blip really has helped me in more ways than one.

Nothing to blip its far to wet windy and cold for an outdoor blip, so this is ASH 2 seconds after he woke up from his afternoon nap!!
