Since I'd finished the huge amount of christmas shopping I had to do, I was at a loose end at lunchtime so I took a walk right up to the castle and back again.

I had a wee wander round the esplanade and the little bit just inside the gate. Still a good number of tourists despite the totally rank weather.

Last day of work for me today so I bunked off early when no one was looking.
