After the rain

This is what happens when you try and take a shot at night after it's rained in the cold. Needless to say, this isn't a very sharp pictures, but I'm hoping to learn from it. I was trying to capture the water on this car after the rain with the streetlamp shining overhead - unfortunately it's a tad hard to see.
