Diary of an Edinburgher

Waggy Easter

Another glorious day for the Easter visitors. And locals. JR accompanied the Kiwis down to Stockbridge to the market, where Craig - wait for it - met a Kiwi he knew! They then spent the day in town, in the gardens, admiring the fountain and visiting the museum.

Archie went out with Becky and Daniel, while I got two washing loads out and dried, then spent the day in the back garden reading my book.

Elizabeth came round with Easter Eggs for us and a special doggie egg for Archie. He gave her one too. Then her sister and brother-in-law came to check out our renovations - they've done the same thing in their bathroom - taken out the bath and put in a shower.

Kiwis came for tea. What a terrific trip they're setting off on (tomorrow). And what a great start they've had here.
