Happy Easter

Greetings from Sunny Roxburghshire. Eggs were painted this morning in readiness for the egg-rolling - here are the Burley Bunch holding up their creations.  M won, with Eggie-The-Eagle, who proved to be not just fast but almost invincible. Alas he cracked on his seventh downhill run, after he bounced off a tree.

Later we went down to town to visit the Easter market, and then down to the river where the girls paddled around happily for an hour or so. Now we've eaten our Easter dinner, finished off with rhubarb fool, the first of this year's crop and are all flopped in various states of exhaustion.  We're just not used to this heat .......
