Good Friday

We had such a good day exploring this pepper-pot of a city. We started off by walking down Via Pignasecca, a jamboree of a street market (see the extra of the fish shop) on our way to a part of town with buildings from the 1930s and 40s. The Post and Telegraph Office was such an elegant building (main photo) I felt I could have stayed for hours taking photographs of the shadow play. We then meandered through the older parts of town and were entertained by some buskers (see extra). I wish I had taken a video of them. We ended up at the Anthropological Museum which was...vast. Somewhere along the way we enjoyed Toledo Metro station (see extras) - a gallery in itself.
